About CORUM Asset Management

CORUM Asset Management was established in 2011 by Frédéric Puzin, who had spent the preceding three years assembling a specialist bond fund management team with the ambition of creating a genuinely independent, investor-first asset management group. The first major milestone came in 2012 with the launch of CORUM Origin, the first SCPI to invest systematically across the eurozone rather than concentrating solely on the French market. Between 2013 and 2016, the group made its first cross-border acquisitions in Spain, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Slovenia, establishing a pattern of disciplined international diversification that continues today. In 2017, CORUM XL became the first French SCPI to invest outside the eurozone entirely, opening exposure to the UK, Canada, and subsequently the United States. The creation of CORUM Butler Asset Management in Dublin in 2018 provided a regulated Irish platform for the group's expanding UCITS bond fund range, which now includes strategies covering investment grade, high yield, ESG-screened, and short-duration credit. The launch of CORUM Life in 2020 marked the group's entry into insurance, allowing savers to combine both asset classes — property and bonds — inside a single life insurance contract for the first time. By 2022, the group had grown to over 250 employees representing 25 nationalities, spread across seven offices, managing nearly €9.6 billion in assets on behalf of more than 160,000 savers. CORUM's approach has always prioritised substance over salesmanship: detailed performance reporting, clear fee disclosure, and a frank acknowledgement that all investments carry risk. This culture of honesty, instilled from the founding years and reflected in a verified customer rating of 4.5 out of 5, is what distinguishes CORUM in a crowded European asset management landscape.
